Q: When are your office hours?
A: We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm at most of our offices. Our hours do vary on occasion, so please call to ensure we are available to assist you.
Q: Do you offer Saturday hours?
A: We are open one Saturday per month at our Wheat Ridge and Stapleton locations. Please call our office for more information concerning our Saturday hours.
Q: Which insurance plans do you accept?
A: We accept most insurance plans. If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, please feel free to call the office.
Q: When do I need to pay my co-pay?
A: You need to pay your co-pay every single time you are scheduled to see a provider.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Credit Card, Check, Cash, and CareCredit. We no longer accept checks for Cosmetic Services

Q: What if you do not accept my insurance plan, or I do not have insurance?
A: For services that are not covered by insurance, or if you do not have an insurance plan, CareCredit offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for your treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000.
Q: Which office location do I need to contact to schedule an appointment?
A: Our Thornton location schedules all appointments for all three of our offices.
