• When are your office hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. at most of our offices. Our hours do vary on occasion, so please call to ensure we are available to assist you.
• Do you offer Saturday hours?
We are open one Saturday per month at our Wheat Ridge and Stapleton locations. Please call our office for more information concerning Saturday hours.
• What insurances do you accept?
We accept most insurances. If you have questions when it comes to your insurance, please feel free to call the office.
• Do you take walk-in appointments?
Our schedule is based on appointments only. Please feel free to call us to check the availability of same day appointments.
• What types of payment do you take?

• When do I need to pay my co-pay?
Co-pay is due at the time services are rendered. To protect your identity, we require a driver's license or other ID for all new patients.
